REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Bellyhaven pillow. If you're not happy, here's how returns work.

CHANGE OF MIND (30 DAYS)
You can return your pillow for a change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, clean and in its original packaging. We cover the cost of return postage.

To start a return, email hello@bellyhaven.co with your order number. We'll send you return instructions. Please don't post anything back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The free sleeping mask does not need to be returned.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of the 30-day change-of-mind period. Email hello@bellyhaven.co with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
