SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE
All orders ship free within Australia. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.

TRACKING
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

FREE SLEEPING MASK
Every order includes a free sleeping mask, shipped with your pillow.

DELAYS OR LOST PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, or tracking hasn't updated, email hello@bellyhaven.co with your order number and we'll investigate.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can only update it before the order is dispatched.
