These terms apply to your use of bellyhaven.co and any purchase from Bellyhaven. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly on different screens. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

PRODUCT USE
Our pregnancy pillow is designed for comfort and support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have health concerns during pregnancy, please speak with your doctor or midwife.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Bellyhaven and may not be copied without permission.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Bellyhaven is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
